Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies Bags Award for Innovative Training Practices


Kochi: Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies has won the Excellence Award for Innovative Training Practices during the National Trainers’ Summit 2017 held at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) the other day.

The Summit was organised by Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) in association with Jan Shikshan Sansthaan and T4Trainer.com.

Rajagiri College is known for utilising all available resources and a combination of advanced and innovative training techniques for the professional training of  management students. The Psychology Lab coming up on the Hill campus is another endeavour in this direction.

For the Department of Human Resource Management of Rajagiri College, which was among the pioneers of professional HR management education in India, the award comes as a recognition for its laudable contributions to the management education, training and development.

Dr. Binoy Joseph, Principal, received the award on behalf of the institution from  Jose Philip, Chairman, ISTD.

Dr. L Radhakrishnan IAS; Dr. K Poulose Jacob, PVC, CUSAT; Chandra Vandana, CEO, T4Trainer.com and Nirmala Lilly, Secretary, ISTD, among others, were present on the occasion.
