Asset Homes Launches New Brand Identity

Kochi: Asset Homes, the leading builder of Kerala, has launched its new brand identity and tagline.

The new badge logo in red and gold complete with a keyhole merged with the trunk of a tree reinforces four key brand values, namely timely delivery, superior quality, trust and sustainability.

Making the announcements at a news conference here recently, Sunil Kumar V, MD, Asset Homes said that on the occasion of its 10th anniversary, the company is embarking on a new journey fuelled by its desire to redefine purpose and significance, and become a socially responsible and innovation-driven corporate. The new tagline is ‘Responsibly Yours’.

Taking advantage of a slew of measures like waiver of service tax and lower home loan interest rate announced in the Union Budget recently for affordable housing projects, Asset Homes will develop joint venture projects in Coimbatore, Vishakapatnam, Tirunelveli, Erode, Hosur, Vijayawada, Hubli, Belgaum, Managlore and Trichy.

Asset Homes is also developing 20 projects across 14 cities in Kerala. These are in various stages of development currently.

The company announced a new brand architecture for their apartment and villa offerings as part of the re-branding exercise: Aura (up to Rs. 50 lakh), Luxuria (Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 1 crore), Exotica (Rs. 1 crore to Rs. 2 crore) and Asset Plus (Above Rs. 2 crore)

For the first time in India, self-contained apartments measuring 96 sq.ft., ideal for professional college students and first-time employees, are being envisaged by Asset Homes. Conceptualized in-house by its R&D team and christened as ‘Selfie’ apartments costing Rs. 10 lakh each, these projects are being planned in cities like Kochi (Kakkanad), Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad and Vishakapatnam.  “I see this as the lowest rung of the affordable housing spectrum,” said Sunil. “Incorporating a bathroom and kitchen into such a small space is the pathbreaking innovation we are attempting,” he added.

Asset Homes’ senior citizens-friendly projects are getting ready in Thiruvalla, Vaikom, Vadakkancherry and Mysore, according to Sunil.
