Asset Homes Launches Call Centre Manned by the Visually Challenged


Kochi: On the World Disability Day, Asset Homes took the lead to launch a Call Centre operated by the visually challenged.  The call centre is operating from Asset Homes’ office at Kadappakkada in Kollam

The initiative titled ‘Insight’ was inaugurated by M Naushad MLA, representing Iravipuram constituency. S N Raghuchandran Nair, National Vice President, CREDAI was the Guest of Honour.

“This venture is a part of Asset Homes’ social commitment initiatives towards supporting the needy and the neglected in society. The project will provide impetus to the visually challenged to equip themselves with new skills and find earning opportunities, and become part of the mainstream of society,” said Sunil Kumar V, Managing Director, Asset Homes.

The initiative is being implemented in collaboration with the Kerala Federation of the Blind. The call centre will provide assistance to Asset Homes’ customers all over the world.
