T4Trainer to Organise ‘The Founders Tribe’ with Empretec India Foundation


Kochi: Infopark-incubated startup T4trainer.com in association with Empretec India Foundation is organising The Founders Tribe, India’s first-ever blended learning and adventure packed event in January 2017 at Blooms Green Farm Resort, Wayanad.

Empretec is the flagship capacity-building programme of the United Nations, and is promoted in India by Empretec India Foundation (ETF). It was set up by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) to promote innovative, internationally competitive and sustainable small and medium enterprises.

The Founders Tribe will have 25 select Founders/Entrepreneurs/C-level executives as delegates from diverse domains and five eminent mentors. The event has been designed as a retreat with experiential learning workshops and outbound adventure.

The three-day retreat has included an Empretec-endorsed Personal Competencies Workshop delivered by Arnab Chakrabortty, Managing Trustee, Empretec India Foundation and a facilitated workshop on ‘Happiness of Collaboration’ in association with [email protected], Czech Republic.

The event envisages collaboration amongst delegates at various levels and formation of new co-created ventures, other than networking, business leads and referrals.

“The adventure trek with mentors and outbound management programme is one-of-its-kind in India. The discussion and pitching session have been arranged along with gala dinner, camp fire and music.
