ICA Edu Skills, Rajadhani Business School Organise Seminar on GST

Thiruvananthapuram: ICA Edu Skills, a leading skilling and training institute, in association with the Department of Commerce of Rajadhani Business School, organised a seminar on Goods & Service Tax (GST) here the other day. Around 220 participants, including college faculty members and students, took part in the seminar.

The objective of the programme was to make faculty members and students aware of GST’s implications and its impact on education and career opportunities. ICA has taken the initiative to create awareness on GST in colleges across India.

GST expert M M Zachariah addressed the participants and provided them insight into the GST Law, its needs and benefits in the current taxation system and how it will have an impact on career opportunities. Speaking on the relevance of this seminar, Prabha Baid, Senior Manager said, “ICA believes in creating and disseminating knowledge and skills in the core and frontier areas through innovative educational and training programmes. Our aim is to offer learning solution to individuals, enterprises and institutions across the country.”
